Flex Rankings: NFL Fantasy Week 12

Samaje Perine may be a viable flex option, especially if Joe Mixon is out.

Fantasy managers of Wan'Dale Robinson need to start looking for a replacement as he is now out for the season with a torn ACL. Someone to take a look at is Justin Watson. The Kansas City Chiefs throw the ball a ton – and Mecole Hardman is on injured reserve. JuJu Smith-Schuster missed Week 11 due to a concussion, but he should return. However, Kadarius Toney suffered a hamstring injury during this past Sunday's game and is in danger of missing this week (if not more). Depending on the health of the receivers, Watson (3/67/0 in Week 11) may be a solid flex option.

Samaje Perine may be a flex option this week as well. Joe Mixon suffered a concussion in Week 11, and Perine stepped up big time. Mixon’s status is unclear as of now but he must clear protocol to play and he could be a game-time decision. If Mixon can't go, Perine will take over and he scored three touchdowns (all receiving) in Week 11. Even if Mixon is able to play, the Bengals would be wise to keep Perine involved in the game plan. Perine isn’t as strong as a runner, but he certainly makes up for it in the passing game.
