College Football National Championship Odds: Alabama Listed as Heavy Favorite to Win Title in 2023
Nick Saban's Alabama Crimson Tide are the early favorites to win the national championship this coming season.
With the college football season kicking off in about a month, the oddsmakers made some adjustments to the odds for who will win the national championship in 2023. Georgia and Alabama are both listed inside the top three according to the consensus odds on Vegas Insider, making a rematch of last year’s national title game a strong possibility.

The Bulldogs, who will defend their title this season, are listed as the third favorite to win the national championship at +370. Ohio State is the second favorite at +332 and Alabama is the top favorite at +181 odds. If the Crimson tide take home the championship this season, it will mark the third time in the last six seasons the Nick Saban-coached team reigned supreme.
Rounding out the top five are Clemson at +1100 and USC at +2240. Texas A&M joins Georgia and Alabama as the third SEC team listed with odds in the top 10. The Aggies sit at +2400.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Akron Zips are the least likely team to win the national championship with odds of +440000.
The College Football Playoff National Championship is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 9 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
